Flowell utilizes state-of-the-art tooling for each product line offered. Our tool concepts are designed with our customers concerns in mind, cost reduction, ease of use, ease of transport , and size and maneuverability in tight spaces. Our designs make assembly easy and efficient for all consumers no matter the level of experience or training.

20/20A Series - Ring Insertion Tools

A special tool is required to insert a ring into the tube of fluorocarbon resin Tube Fitting 20,20A Series. There are two types of ring insertion tools, the standard lever type and the simplified handy type. 20A Series have a flare attachment to flare the tube end before inserting the ring.

60 Series - Flaring Tools

Exclusive tools are essential to flare the tube for 60 series tube fittings. There are two ways to assemble:

COLD Flaring...assemble in ambient temperature. (Lever Type)
HOT Flaring...assemble after heating. (Lever or Handy Type)

80 Series - Flare & Ring Insertion Tools

Assembly is easy with the use of a special jig. With a ring inserted into the tube to maintain the shape of the flared tube, assembly can be performed more easily compared to conventional flared tube fittings.

70 Series - Welding Tool

We are ready to unveil exclusive fully automatic welding equipment, so anyone can weld reliably with one button. There is no variation by worker; even beginners can work with confidence. In addition, the welding jig is equipped fluorine gas adsorption filters. Welding machines are portable sized consisting of the heating heads and the power unit, so weld at apparatus now possible that was impossible by conventional butt-weld method.
